WHAT can be returned?
All products and deposits are final. We do not accept services returns due to the nature of electronic goods. If you have purchased a physical product from us then it may be returned if it is in the same condition as when it was received. We will not accept products that show signs of wear.
WHEN do items need to be returned by?
For physical products the return time must be within 30 days of the original purchase date as stated on the billing.
WHERE do items need to be returned to?
A physical address will be supplied should you need to make a return. Contact our customer service via the contact form if you need a mailing address for the return.
HOW do customers return items?
You must return the item as it was originally received, with the exception of the packing materials. Please include a receipt or invoice in the returned package.
SHIPPING for returns?
The customer will pay the shipping for returned items. All shipping costs are non-refundable.
CREDIT for returns?
Customers will either receive a chargeback for the returned item or will be credited for the price of the item. This will vary depending on the total cost of the item.
The item(s) themselves must be returned in the case, wrapping, etc that they were received in. This does not include however the box, envelope, or other packing materials.
