We accept PayPal for any and all payments. If you are uncomfortable with that we can discuss alternative options. We are PayPal verified so all your transactions are fully secure.
If you purchase a domain name (www) from us then there will be a reoccurring hosting/domain fee, we’ll let you know right away. No surprises. Our billing solution will keep track of when you need to pay and send out invoices accordingly.
Bottom line, we NEVER steal from our clients. We’re web designers not entrepreneurs. We would profit nothing from losing you as a customer. If you would like us to sign a non-disclosure agreement, we would be more than happy to discuss that with you.
Nope. We don’t bill automatically for web design services and we tell you about all charges up front. You will kindly receive an invoice if you owe hosting or other fees. But it’s up to you to pay. We do send invoices automatically for hosting/domain services but you are made aware of that during the initial signup process and there is no hidden fees.
Sorry but the answer is no. We have no idea whether the site will fail or not and it takes too much effort to setup only to have it waste our time.
Simply put, “you get what you pay for”. We may cost more than the guy next door but in the long run we are 100x more professional, gifted, and enduring than him. Aside from that fact that most web designers don’t go the extra mile by offering hosting services.
